A highly experienced engineering professional with over 24 years of expertise in the field of pressure equipment of all types. Specialized in Welding Inspection (CWI), Nondestructive Testing (NDT), strength of materials, metallurgy, and natural gas systems.

Possesses in-depth knowledge of production technologies and manufacturing processes across a wide range of industrial plants worldwide. Demonstrates strong familiarity with international standardization and regulatory frameworks, including those in Israel, Europe, and the United States. Well-versed in major codes and standards, particularly the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (for both stationary and mobile equipment) and the Machinery Directive.

Brings more than 24 years of global experience as an Auditor, primarily in the fields of pressure equipment and welding. Extensive experience in qualifying manufacturing plants for the production of pressure vessels, steam boilers, and other pressure equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
